Terms of Service

Mosaic provides tools to collect, organize, and store wedding memories contributed by you and your guests. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Purchases are one-time payments per wedding archive, charged at the price displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider, and by purchasing you also agree to their terms. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools and storage upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, unused features, partial use, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction. By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you and your guests upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content uploaded to your archive, for obtaining any necessary consents from people appearing in or contributing content, and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights or privacy of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of important content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic and its owners, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or memories, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mosaic from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mosaic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
